Media day at the Winternationals

It's day four of the adventure and we're getting close to the start of the biggest race of the Australian drag racing season. While the four days of on-track action gets underway starting at 8:00 tomorrow morning, it's a rather low-key day with the media session and an event launch on tap. While my Kiwi friends will be enjoying the rides and attractions at Movie World, I'll be over in Loganholme attending the media event for the race.

We've just finished breakfast and cleaned up the last of the empty XXXX Gold bottles from last night. At least the ones we sank here at Mike's. They're probably still clearing away the empty schooners and bottles at the Parkwood Tavern where we spent most of the evening. But today's another great looking day and we'd better get moving and not waste it.
