Back to the first subject(s) of this series, Ron August (near lane) and Troy BUff (far lane) just a split second after the first (launch) shot was taken. This frame captures the instant that the tires start smoking on August's car, just before they erupted into a blizzard of burning rubber. The big flames glowing in the early evening sky add to the overall effect too.
